The idea of a mastermind was put into words by Napoleon Hill in his book “Think and Grow Rich”. Based on his guidelines, The Dental Business Mastermind is focused on being a group where each of us can receive support to create the business, and therefore the lifestyle of our dreams.

It is a group of positive, ambitious individuals who are humble enough to give feedback respectfully, and receive it respectfully as well. We are not competitive with each other, but are working together to each reach our own dream life. We give, and we take for a win-win relationship.

 

Our Foundational Principles are:

• Humility

 

The group has 4 rules:

1. Be respectful

2. Be humble

3. You are here to help others achieve their dreams, not to determine if other’s dreams are possible.

4. Do not share the information about the other group members with ANYONE else. What happens in the meeting stays in the meeting. The only exception to this is that you are free to share info about your own personal stuff.

 

There are quite a few masterminds out there, but this particular mastermind stands out in a few ways:

1. We were not created by an elite person who directs and controls everything. We are a peer group who grows together.

2. We do not exist to make a large profit off of the mastermind. We are here to act as a support group so each of us can make money in other areas. 

3. We have the resources both to elevate your understanding and background knowledge, as well as push you to new heights.

4. We have clearly defined ways to grow that fit a wide variety of practice sizes and styles. We don’t preach one style of dental business.

5. Our standards are higher than any other mastermind, consulting, or coaching group. If you reach a level 4 practice, you will own and operate a truly elite dental business.
